Available immediately, the rent of $1,000.00 per month includes water. Tenants are responsible for installation and maintenance of all other utilities. Security deposit, job letter and references from previous landlord (if applicable) are required.

Local amenities are easily accessible in Oistins as Long Beach Estate is approximately 10 minutes away. Chancery Lane is regularly serviced by the via the #11 van route, however the neighborhood is approximately a walk of 15 minutes to the bus route.
